All returns must be approved within 14 business days of receipt. All returns must be free from damage, alterations or use and must be in their original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking free. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns from International customers.
How To Prepare A Return :
To return an item to Full of Grace USA, follow this process:
1) Return Shipping Label - ONLY sent for shipping errors on our part
Contact us for a Return Shipping Label if your order is incorrect at 303-484-1753.
**There are NO returns on socks, veils, gaiters, hats or Christmas ornaments**
2) Package Your Return, Mail with Insurance
Ship returns to this address: The Retro, 12420 W 54th Dr, unit 3 Arvada CO 80002. Include your order number and contact information. Email us your tracking information to: help@fullofgraceusa.com
Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*

We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the original shipping date. We issue refunds in the form of payment used to make original purchase. If we receive your item after 15 days of the date of shipping, a refund will not be issued.
